HVAC Supervisor (Quick Hire!)

What You'll Do Lead HVAC Field Operations: oversee HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair projects across multiple job sites. Coordinate work involving ductwork, furnaces, heat pumps, AC systems, and controls. Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet company quality standards. Supervise & Support Teams: manage HVAC technicians, apprentices, and subcontractors; conduct daily team meetings and assign work based on priorities and technician skill levels. Train and mentor employees on company procedures, safety practices, and technical skills. Enforce OSHA and company safety standards; conduct inspections, safety audits, and toolbox talks; ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes. Communicate & coordinate work with project managers, clients, subcontractors, inspectors; resolve technical and scheduling issues in a professional manner. Track labor hours, materials, and project progress while maintaining accurate documentation. Perform additional duties as assigned. Minimum Education & Experience None 4–6 years of HVAC installation/service experience; at least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. HVAC technical training or certification preferred. Residential or multi‑family construction experience is a plus. Licenses & Requirements State HVAC license where applicable. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Must be able to successfully pass a background screening. Skills Strong understanding of HVAC systems, schematics, and installation best practices. Ability to read blueprints and construction specifications. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proficiency with mobile workforce apps and basic Microsoft Office tools. Work Environment & Physical Requirements Work is performed at active construction job sites; may involve varying weather conditions, noise, and dust. Requires standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working from ladders or scaffolding. Travel between job sites may be required.
