Maintenance Associate - Porter On-Call

As a Watermark maintenance associate, you’ll help create a safe, welcoming environment while building meaningful relationships with residents. If you’re passionate about working with seniors and have maintenance experience, we’d love to meet you. Job Requirements: 2 years’ experience as a maintenance associate in a commercial environment Able to work weekends and holidays Able to work in a fast paced environment Excellent work ethic Able to complete work orders Excellent communication skills Highly organized Interested in learning and growing your skill set Must have reliable transportation. Some experience with HVAC, electrical and plumbing is needed.
