The qualified candidate must have a minimum of two years experience in new home sales. Multi-family experience preferred. Must have exceptional sales, communication and interpersonal skills; Requires excellent negotiation, organizational and time management skills; Must be able to handle multiple tasks concurrently and have excellent written and verbal communication skills; Must possess strong prospecting habits and be comfortable being on video for personal communication and social media; Must be computer literate and effectively use the following programs: Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word, DocuSign and BuildTopia software. High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred. An active California Real Estate license is required.

Job Summary

This position will be responsible for: Completing all five steps of the sales process with each prospect who visits the sales center. 100% follow up with all prospects/leads who visit the community or website. Actively promoting their assigned community within the local community; Maintaining excellent community and product knowledge; Providing the highest level of internal and external customer service; Maintaining an excellent community presentation; Accurately completing all contracts and related paperwork, and submitting within the allotted time frames; Understanding and effectively articulating the goals, ideals, standards, direction and vision of Olson Homes. Attending sales training classes and seminars as necessary is a requirement. All other responsibilities as deemed necessary for this position.

Compensation

This position is commission based, with a bi-weekly draw against future commissions.
