Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking an experienced and adaptable RN Float Pool Nurse to provide quality patient care across multiple inpatient units. ICU and/or ED experience preferred, though other acute-care hospital experience will be considered. Job Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time Schedule: 3 12-hour shifts | 7:00 PM7:00 AM Salary: $42.78$53.74/hour Night Differential: +$4.00/hour Weekend Premium: 40% of base pay Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 with 2-year commitment Experience: Minimum 2 years RN experience Weekend: 11 out of 12 weekends Holidays: 2 major holidays/year New Grads: Not eligible Key Responsibilities Provide quality nursing care across assigned units. Assess patients and administer medications/treatments. Monitor and report changes in condition. Collaborate with physicians and care teams. Educate patients and families. Maintain accurate documentation. Adapt to different units and patient needs. Follow safety and clinical standards. Qualifications Current RN license in the applicable state. Minimum 2 years of RN experience required. Acute-care hospital experience preferred. ICU and/or ED experience strongly preferred. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and adaptability. Ability to work effectively across multiple clinical settings. Compensation $42.78$53.74/hour +$4.00/hour night differential 40% weekend premium $20,000 sign-on bonus with 2-year commitment.
