Job Description As a Commercial Relationship Manager, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients and business partners, helping maintain strong relationships while identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and support organizational growth. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and business objectives are achieved. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and business partners. Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries and account support. Identify opportunities to strengthen client engagement and retention. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Assist in developing and implementing relationship management strategies. Monitor client feedback and recommend improvements to enhance satisfaction. Prepare reports, presentations, and account updates as needed. Support business development initiatives and commercial growth objectives. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client interactions. Contribute to a positive and professional team environment.
