We are dedicated to delivering a "WOW" experience to our customers and team members, with a commitment to always do the right thing while challenging the status quo.Your Role as an Entry Level Tire TechnicianAs a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands-on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.What You'll DoInstall and repair tires.Operate balancers and tire machines.Complete work orders accurately.Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.Assist customers and co-workers as needed.Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.Your Skills & QualificationsService-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.Available to work Saturdays.Authorized to work in the USA (18+).Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.Compensation & PerksEffective Pay: $14.00–$16.00+ per hourYour effort pays off.
