L1 PGV Material Handler

Pay: $16.00–$17.00 per hour
Location: Chandler, AZ
Positions Available: 10

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation
• $16/hour – Day Shift
• $17/hour – Night Shift
• Weekly pay every Friday via direct deposit
• Tier 1 health, vision, and dental insurance – eligible to enroll after 30 days
• 120 hours PTO (3 weeks of paid vacation/sick flex time)
• 10 paid holidays annually
• One hour paid break on each shift.

What you’ll be doing
• Assisting with setups and movement of wafer products during eFIT activities.
• Supporting a Level 1 Manufacturing Technician with daily production tasks.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace within safety and quality standards.
• Loading and moving wafers between process tools.
• Following strict procedural guidelines to support manufacturing quality and efficiency.

Who is a good fit
• Strong attendance history and reliability.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a cleanroom environment.
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
• Good problem-solving, organization, basic math and basic computer skills.

Shift Options:

• Days: Mon-Fri 7:45am-5:15pm.

• Nights: Mon-Thurs 2:45pm-12:15am and Fri 2:45pm-11:15pm.

Workload cycles:
• 44 hours the next week- (includes 4 hours of OT every week)
This structure gives you every weekend off! You will receive a weekly paycheck every Friday through direct deposit.
