Production Associate

We are seeking a dependable Packaging & Production Associate to join our team in Defiance, OH. In this temp-to-hire position, you will be responsible for inspecting, handling, and packaging lightweight components on the production line. This role is ideal for individuals looking for a stable opportunity in a clean, fully air-conditioned, comfortable manufacturing environment. Pay: $17 per hour. Shifts: 12 hours shifts on a 3-1-3-3 rotation. Working hours: Various Shifts Available Responsibilities Perform visual quality checks on finished products to identify and report defects. Pack finished items into cartons and prepare boxes for palletizing and shipment. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation on the production floor. Strictly adhere to company safety standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Collaborate with team members and shift leaders to keep line production running efficiently. Skills Prior experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or packaging line role. Familiarity with basic quality control processes and packaging machinery. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced production environment. Education High School Experience 0-1 years Qualifications Schedule Availability: Ability and willingness to work a 3-1-3-3 rotational schedule. Physical Capabilities: Capability to stand for full shift durations and safely lift up to 29 lbs. Reliability: Strong work ethic, consistent attendance, and reliable punctuality. Attention to Detail: Eye for quality when conducting product inspections.
