You will lead the care team, coordinate clinical activities, and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.### ### **Key Responsibilities*** Supervise **daily nursing operations** for your assigned shift* Provide and oversee **direct patient care*** Administer medications and treatments as prescribed* Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and leadership* Support and supervise **LPNs and CNAs*** Maintain accurate and compliant **clinical documentation*** Ensure adherence to **state, federal, and facility regulations*** Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide quality care### **Qualifications*** Graduate of an accredited **Registered Nursing (RN) program*** Active, unencumbered **RN license in South Carolina (required)*** **Current CPR certification required*** **2+ years of nursing experience preferred**, ideally in long-term care or rehab* Knowledge of **rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices*** Experience with **PointClickCare (PCC) preferred*** Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing* Strong leadership, clinical, and communication skills### ### **Why Join Cherrydale Post Acute?**At Cherrydale, you’re not just taking a job—you’re joining a team that values longevity, teamwork, and meaningful care.
