Administrative Assistant

Job TitleSummary Assist in Administrative documentation and communications.Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly mannerAnswer and direct callsMaintain office areas and equipment, as well as layout, arrangement and housekeeping of office facilitiesServe as company receptionistParticipate in coordination of company sponsored eventsProvide administrative support for transportation division and executive assistantResponsible for purchasing and tracking of materials orderedReceive items orderedMaintain office supply inventoryQualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Lift up to 10 pounds.Work Environment: Clean, temperature controlled environment. Noise level is low. No personal protective equipment needed.
