GENERAL MANAGER/ MANAGER IN TRAINING

DESCRIPTION

Hummus & Garlic is a fast-casual Mediterranean-inspired concept built on bold flavors, quality ingredients, and a passion for serving our community.

Our General Managers are the foundation of our success. In this role, you are the leader of the restaurant-the person who sets the tone, builds the culture, and ensures everything runs at a high level.

You are responsible for leading your team, driving results, and creating an outstanding experience for every guest. This position requires a strong passion for food, people, and leadership.

If you don't yet have the experience but aspire to lead, we offer clear growth paths to help you get there.

Requirements
  • Prior restaurant and GM experience required
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Ability to manage operations, staff, and performance
REQUIREMENTS
  • 3 years of experience or more
