Bilingual Patient Access Specialist

University Medical Center of El Paso (UMC)

The University Medical Center of El Paso (UMC) is looking for a Patient Access Associate to register patients in a courteous and timely manner. Responsibilities include conducting patient interviews, explaining hospital policies, and assisting patients with their financial responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, two years of customer service experience, and be bilingual in English and Spanish. Basic computer skills are required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
