Job Description

Compass Pediatrics is looking for a compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team! We pride ourselves on providing high-quality, family-centered care in a welcoming environment. If you’re passionate about working with children and making a difference in the lives of families, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Rooming patients and taking vital signs
Administering vaccines and assisting providers with exams
Performing CLIA-waived tests and documenting in EMR (AthenaHealth)
Preparing exam rooms and maintaining cleanliness standards
Providing patient education and supporting families during visits
Managing supply inventory and assisting with front desk as needed

Qualifications:

Medical Assistant certification or relevant experience preferred
Pediatric experience a plus but not required
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Team player with a positive, flexible attitude
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR); AthenaHealth experience is a plus
