Sales Support Specialist – Seattle, WA Primary Purpose: The primary purpose of the Sales Support Specialist is to support the sales process by owning non-essential sales tasks and maintaining customer account information. This role acts as a direct resource for customers and internal sales professionals, providing real-time support and solutions. What You’ll Do Responsible for setting up new customer accounts, ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded. Handle quote requests from customers, providing timely and accurate pricing information. Resolve issues related to customer orders, ensuring smooth processing and delivery. Identify and address any holds on order acceptance, working to resolve them promptly. Maintain detailed records of all interactions with customers, ensuring information is up-to-date and accessible. Contact customers that are identified as “At Risk” in the CRM. Quickly and efficiently determine next steps needed to reduce churn. Gather additional information regarding product application; understand on/off track business and additional customer insights as needed. Update forecasts and advise sellers if further follow-up is required. Clean up the total opportunity count; review and add forecast data where possible. Sell irregular inactive inventory material where possible. Address customer inquiries and complaints as needed. Perform other related duties as required or requested. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution or equivalent work experience. Experience in a Business-to-Business (B2B) service organization or 1+ years’ experience in an equivalent job; preferred. Knowledge and experience working with MS Office Suite, with strong Excel skills. Demonstrates sound judgment and creative problem solving. Open to taking moderate risks with a competitive spirit. Commitment to accuracy and accountability for job performance. Receptive to constructive feedback from peers and mentors. Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey ideas and suggestions via multiple modes of communication. Exhibits versatility and adaptability while interacting with customers and internal team members. Where You’ll Work This is a hybrid role in Bellevue, WA. Pay and Benefits The salary range for this position is $57,350 - $71,690 annually. The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
