$50,000 - $60,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire your team to maintain and enhance the community's quality of life.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to meet the goals of each association.
• Foster strong relationships with residents, board members, and vendors to ensure seamless communication.
• Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate and manage community events to promote engagement and a sense of belonging.
• Address and resolve resident concerns with empathy and efficiency, ensuring satisfaction and trust are maintained.

Qualifications:

• Experience in property management, particularly in HOA and condo settings, to effectively lead and inspire your team.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that align with community goals and enhance residents' quality of life.
• Proven track record of fostering strong relationships with residents, board members, and vendors to ensure seamless communication.
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to oversee community finances.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure compliance and informed decision-making.
• Ability to coordinate and manage community events that promote engagement and a sense of belonging among residents.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address and resolve resident concerns with empathy and efficiency, maintaining satisfaction and trust.
