Use data-driven insights to recommend and implement solutions that drive stronger financial and operational performance.Capital and Balance Sheet ManagementSupport capital planning, liquidity management, interest rate risk oversight, and balance sheet strategy to ensure long-term financial strength.Executive and Board ReportingPrepare and communicate financial insights, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership and the Board of Directors.Strategic InitiativesProvide financial leadership and analytical support for growth initiatives, new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and organizational improvement efforts.Financial InnovationLeverage technology, data analytics, dashboards, and performance metrics to improve decision making and organizational effectiveness.Community and Industry EngagementServe as a visible representative of Countybank through community involvement and professional engagement within the banking industry.QualificationsEducationBachelor 's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field requiredMaster's degree preferredCPA preferredExperience10+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, banking, financial analysis, treasury, audit, regulatory oversight, or related disciplinesExperience within a financial institution, regulatory agency, or public accounting firm serving financial institutions strongly preferredDemonstrated ability to analyze complex financial information and support strategic decision makingExposure to budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, treasury management, regulatory reporting, audit, capital planning, or related financial functionsKnowledge and SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesFinancial modeling, forecasting, and reporting expertiseUnderstanding of banking financial statements and performance driversKnowledge of asset/liability management, capital management, and interest rate risk conceptsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to translate complex financial information into actionable business insightsStrong relationship-building and leadership capabilitiesThis is a full-time position in a smoke and drug-free workplace with strong corporate values that foster associate growth and satisfaction.
