Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.What You'll Be DoingManage daily administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and invoice processing.Support plant operations by coordinating schedules, tracking inventory, and maintaining essential documentation.Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping to ensure accuracy and compliance.Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth operations.Maintain a safe and organized work environment by following company policies and procedures. In addition, you will be scaling the incoming/outgoing trucks.What Are We Looking ForStrong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced industrial environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience handling administrative tasks.Effective communication skills to interact with plant personnel and external stakeholders.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving business needs.Work EnvironmentThis role operates within an industrial plant setting, requiring regular interaction with production teams.
