Electronics QA Inspector

We are looking for a precision-driven Electronics Quality Control Inspector to join our production team and ensure every circuit board leaving our facility meets strict performance and safety standards. What You’ll Do As a QA Inspector, you will be our frontline defense for product reliability—inspecting fine-pitch components, identifying PCBA defects, and maintaining compliance across our production lines. Microscopic Inspection: Perform hands‑on visual inspection of surface‑mount (SMT) and through‑hole circuit boards using high‑magnification microscopes and optical inspection tools. Defect Identification: Spot, isolate, and document defective parts, poor solder joints, component misalignments, bridging, and physical damage on PCBAs. ISO Compliance: Execute daily inspection procedures strictly in alignment with our ISO 9001 Quality Management System. Data Entry: Use basic computer programs to log pass/fail inspection records, non‑conformance reports (NCRs), and tracking logs in our system. Collaboration: Work closely with production technicians and quality engineers to flag recurring defects and assist in rework verification. What We’re Looking For (Requirements) ISO 9001 Certification: Active ISO 9001 certification or formal training/certification in ISO 9001 quality systems (Required). Hands‑on Microscope Experience: Proven skill performing detailed visual inspections under stereo microscopes for extended periods (Required). Electronics & PCBA Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge of circuit board components, solder joint quality, and standard defect identification (IPC‑A‑610 knowledge preferred). Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills for daily data entry, navigating manufacturing software/ERP systems, and opening/saving inspection documents. Attention to Detail: Excellent visual acuity, hand‑eye coordination, and dedication to precision. Inspect printed circuit boards (PCBA) for soldering defects, component misalignments, bridging, solder balls, insufficient solder, cracked joints, and incorrect polarity. Identify and segregate defective parts, non‑conforming materials, and damaged components on circuit boards prior to final assembly or shipment. Verify board rework, touch‑ups, and repairs to ensure they meet visual and structural acceptance criteria.
