Heavy Equipment Operator

Job TitleAPTIM is seeking experienced field personnel to support residential soil remediation, including excavation, material handling, hauling, backfilling, grading, and final site restoration for the Sulphur Bank Mercury Mine project in Clearlake Oaks, California.Openings may include construction laborers, licensed heavy-equipment operators, and licensed CDL truck drivers, and candidates must be able to work safely outdoors around contaminated soil and heavy equipment while following the site-specific health and safety plan.Field work is anticipated in two phases, from Fall 2026 and again from Spring 2027 and will generally be performed on a standard construction schedule, with overtime as required to meet project milestones and seasonal work windows, subject to weather, and other project requirements. Employees must be available for the project duration and report reliably to the Clearlake Oaks worksite.
