What You’ll Be Doing Install, replace, and upgrade residential plumbing systems
Set fixtures including sinks, tubs, showers, toilets, faucets, and water heaters
Run clean, code-compliant water, drain, and gas piping
Problem-solve install challenges while keeping homes safe and spotless
Bring skill, pride, and good energy into every home
Deliver 5-star install experiences from start to finish
Requirements
Minnesota Journeyman Plumber license preferred, not a dealbreaker
18+ years old with a valid driver’s license
Strong customer service mindset
Comfortable with change in a fast-growing company
Takes ownership, works hard, and wants to keep leveling up

$50–$60/hour+
