Job Overview Fantastic Opportunity for a Project Manager to work on a variety of ground-up project work! Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 per year My client is a growth-minded General Contractor seeking a Project Manager to support their year-over-year growth. They have a steady backlog of project work and a deep bench of project variety including financial, government, healthcare, industrial, K-12, religious, and retail projects. Proven experience in project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and contract management. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Excellent problem‑solving skills, with the ability to handle complex issues under pressure. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team. Proficiency in relevant software, including MS Project, AutoCAD, and construction management systems. A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred. Experience in commercial ground‑up construction is highly desirable. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
