Job Description

Position Title: Production

Wage: $16.50-$18.50 per hour

Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd

Hours: 4:00am-12:30pm; 6:00am-2:30pm; 12:00pm-8:30pm; 2:00pm-10:30pm; 8:00pm-4:30am; 10:00pm-6:30am (Mon-Fri)

QPS Employment Group has a great Production position available at a company in Franklin, WI. This is a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift position with the opportunity for hire.


Production Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist with food production and packaging operations on the production line.
- Load and unload products onto conveyors, trays, or pallets.
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Package finished goods according to company specifications.
- Label, stack, and prepare products for shipment or storage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following GMP and sanitation standards.
- Follow all company safety procedures and food safety regulations.
- Communicate production concerns or equipment issues to supervisors.
- Support additional departments or production areas as needed.

Production Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift.
- Frequent bending, lifting, twisting, and repetitive movements.
- Ability to lift up to 35-50 lbs. occasionally.
- Comfortable working in warm or refrigerated production environments depending on department.

Mandatory Requirements:
- Must be authorized to work in the Unites States.
- Must be able to speak and read Spanish.
- Must have reliable transportation, public transportation will not work for this role.
