Job Description The role provides sales, processing, operational, administrative and customer service support to Financial Advisors of U.S. Bancorp Advisors. Responsibilities include: Making and tracking appointments. Preparing investment proposals, reviews and routine correspondence. Organizing paper flow to meet record‑keeping requirements. Maintaining client files and supplies. Answering phones and opening/disseminating mail. Assisting in business development: meeting with prospects, contacting existing clients for relationship review, planning and coordinating marketing campaigns and seminars, and coordinating joint initiatives with internal departments. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Two to four years of investment industry experience preferred. Eligibility for business incentives requires FINRA SIE, Series 6 or 7, and 63 registrations, as well as life, variable life, health and disability insurance licenses. Preferred Skills / Experience Experience with brokerage industry policies, FINRA and SEC regulatory standards, and related compliance requirements. Ability to contact and profile clients, leads, and prospects. Prior sales and service experience in brokerage and investment advisory business. Proven understanding of operations, policies, procedures, regulations and compliance requirements. Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on detail. Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy. Effective communication and organizational skills for day‑to‑day relationship management with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to adapt quickly to proprietary software. The actual range for the role may differ based on location.
