Job Responsibilities Own on-site merchandising strategy and execution across MintMobile.com, ensuring product, offer, and campaign content is clear, compelling, and aligned to business priorities. Lead promotional campaign planning and execution across key ecommerce surfaces, including the homepage, deals page, and supporting campaign landing pages. Supervise top-of-funnel and content landing page strategy and performance, using customer insights and business data to improve engagement and conversion. Manage the promotional calendar and on-site content hierarchy, partnering cross-functionally to prioritize campaigns, offers, launches, and evergreen content. Partner with Marketing and Creative to define campaign requirements, messaging needs, and on-brand digital executions that support ecommerce goals. Develop reusable campaign frameworks and merchandising capabilities that improve speed to market, consistency, and scalability across ecommerce experiences. Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results. The base pay range reflects the compensation component of this opportunity. The candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
