Job Summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team in York, PA . This is a full-time, on-site opportunity with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule , no weekends , and no rotations .

What You’ll Do

• Complete physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide evidence-based treatment to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and independence

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety, and continued care

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatments, progress, and outcomes

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and interdisciplinary team members

• Follow all clinic policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

• Participate in continuing education and professional growth opportunities

• Contribute to a positive, supportive, and patient-focused team environment

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Active Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania , or eligibility to practice in Pennsylvania through the PT Compact

• Current CPR/BLS certification , or ability to obtain before start date

• Strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills

• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team

• A caring, dependable, and patient-focused approach

Compensation & Schedule

• $44–$50 per hour , based on experience

• Full-time, 40 hours per week

• Monday–Friday schedule

• No weekends

• No rotations

• On-site position in York, PA
