Responsibilities: * Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to inform treatment plans. * Provide individual and group therapy to clients with diverse needs. (This is an expanding need for the practice) * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care strategies. * Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes. * Stay current with industry trends and best practices in mental health care. * Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities. * Support clients in setting and achieving personal goals for mental wellness. Requirements: * Valid NC Board license as a Licensed Psychologist or Psychological Associate in North Carolina. * Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited institution. * Experience in clinical settings, preferably with diverse populations. * Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. * Proficient in assessment/therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice.
