Position Overview

• Clinical Academic Interventional Cardiology role open to all experience levels, with faculty appointment at Assistant, Associate, or full Professor rank
• Relaxed call schedule supported by attending physicians, scribes, and dedicated support staff
• Flexibility to align the role with your clinical interests, research goals, or teaching focus
• Collaborative team spanning cardiac surgery, radiology, and vascular medicine

Clinical and Academic Highlights

• 1,100 to 1,200 PCI procedures and 200 TAVR cases annually
• Resident and fellow mentorship opportunities across select training locations
• Subspecialty research available with university support; participation optional
• Program performing techniques and procedures not available elsewhere in West Virginia

Candidate Profile

• MD or DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Interventional Cardiology
• Fellowship training in Interventional Cardiology
• Eligible for medical licensure in West Virginia
