Formerly known as Anderson Mechanical Services, Inc. and Inspiration Plumbing Company, VMG brings together decades of industry expertise to deliver high-quality results across new construction, renovations, design-build projects, and complex commercial installations.As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead jobsite operations, uphold safety and quality standards, and drive projects to successful completion.What You'll DoProject LeadershipOversee daily jobsite operations with a focus on safety, quality, and productivityDevelop and maintain project schedules to meet milestones and deadlinesSupport manpower planning, budgeting, and resource allocationLead projects from startup through closeout, including sequencing and coordinationRepresent VMG in meetings with clients, general contractors, and project partnersSafety FirstConduct routine jobsite safety inspectionsEnforce OSHA and VMG safety policiesIdentify, report, and address hazards, incidents, and near missesQuality & AccountabilityEnsure work complies with project plans, specifications, and quality standardsMaintain accountability for tools, equipment, and company vehiclesPlanning & DocumentationComplete daily reports, time sheets, and job logs accuratelyTrack costs, invoices, and subcontractor workMaintain organized project documentation and schedulesTeam LeadershipLead and coordinate field crews and subcontractorsSet clear expectations and provide coaching and performance feedbackFoster a respectful, team-oriented culture built on accountabilityWhat You Bring5+ years of experience supervising commercial construction projects(HVAC, Plumbing, or MEP strongly preferred)Proven ability to manage crews and jobsite operationsStrong knowledge of scheduling, sequencing, and cost controlOSHA 30 preferred (or a demonstrated commitment to safety)Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specificationsExcellent communication and leadership skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and project management toolsValid driver's license and reliable transportationWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation based on experienceMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysOngoing training and professional developmentA growth-focused company where your leadership makes an impactReady to Build With Us?If you're a hands-on leader who takes pride in delivering safe, high-quality projects, we'd love to hear from you.
