Partner Solutions Engineer

Salary: $126,000 - 188,000 per year Requirements:

• We want 2+ years of professional software engineering experience, with production-grade code delivered in fast-paced environments.
• We expect a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• We need a strong command of web integration technologies, such as CAPI, server-side tracking, APIs, pixels, or comparable ad tech infrastructure.
• We look for proficiency in at least one scripting or general-purpose language, such as Python or JavaScript, with the ability to independently create lightweight tools.
• We require experience querying large datasets with SQL and the ability to use data to debug, validate, and uncover insights.
• We value clear, accurate written communication for both technical internal discussions and external partner interactions.
• Preferred: experience in ad tech, performance marketing, or e-commerce advertising, including familiarity with attribution, data signals, ROAS, and measurement.
• Preferred: hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or Google Tag Manager.
• Preferred: experience partnering with enterprise or strategic B2B customers in a technical capacity.
• Preferred: a track record of finding product gaps through operational work and influencing engineering roadmaps.
• Preferred: comfort working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment where guidance is not always documented.
• Preferred: prior experience in solutions engineering, partner engineering, or forward-deployed engineering roles.

• We own the full technical onboarding and integration journey for strategic third-party partners across CAPI, web SDK, and APIs.
• We guide advertisers and partners through correct implementation of our tracking and data infrastructure, proactively finding and fixing configuration issues before they affect performance.
• We serve as the main technical contact for partner-specific issues during new integration pilots, including API workflows and sandbox or testing environments.
• We help partners adopt our solutions by translating complex technical requirements into clear, practical guidance for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• We investigate, reproduce, and resolve technical issues in web SDK, CAPI, and API integrations by analyzing data to identify root causes.
• We query and visualize large datasets to detect anomalies, performance declines, attribution mismatches, and integration edge cases.
• We build internal tools and scripts that simplify troubleshooting, automate validation, and speed up partner debugging.
• We recognize recurring partner issues and turn them into concrete recommendations for product improvement.
• We work closely with our engineering teams to design and prioritize scalable solutions to integration challenges.
• We act as the link between partners and internal engineering, ensuring partner feedback shapes our product and API roadmap.
• We support new integration pilots by managing sandbox validation and resolving issues proactively so core engineering can stay focused on building.
• We influence decisions by presenting data-driven insights to internal stakeholders and leadership.
