Electromechanical Assemblers

ProLogistix is seeking an Electromechanical Assembler for a growing manufacturing facility in Monroe, WA . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on assembly work, interpreting technical drawings, and building high‑quality electromechanical products. You’ll assemble components, wiring harnesses, PCAs, and sub‑assemblies into finished products while ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency. A phone interview is being scheduled – apply today! Pay: $20–$23/hr DOE Shift: 6:00am–2:30pm (Monday–Friday) Type: Temp-to-Hire What You’ll Do Assemble components, PCAs, wiring harnesses, and sub‑assemblies into finished products using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and power tools. Load and unload raw materials and WIP parts into fixtures, tooling, and equipment. Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly. Perform testing on sub‑assemblies and completed products. Maintain high safety standards and complete assigned safety projects. Meet daily and hourly productivity and quality targets. Collaborate with facilities and maintenance teams to ensure tools and equipment are well‑maintained. Inspect assembled parts to ensure they meet quality and specification requirements. Identify process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
