Other functions may be assigned as business conditions change. Ensure customer satisfaction by performing the following duties. Duties And Responsibilities Enter new client and policy information into system. Communicate with clients over the phone, email, text, mail, fax, and in person. Modify client and policy information in system as necessary. Update information for renewal policies. Provide letters to clients. Create and electronically transmit certificates of insurance upon request (i.e. fax/email). Follow up on insurance claims as appropriate. Request quote for policy renewals from insurance company and provide to agent/client. Rate policy quotes (agency-based/web-based software). Take claim information from clients and process timely. Complete all necessary forms as required by insurance companies. Complete daily assignments as directed by management. Education And/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Two years of Commercial Lines insurance experience preferred. Must have a resident P&C Producer License. Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with AMS360 is preferred. Compensation Commission opportunities with significant earning potential. Opportunity for upward mobility.
