Project Values: $20M–$150M+ Commercial Projects Employment Type: Full-Time A nationally recognised General Contractor with a strong presence across Texas is seeking an ambitious Assistant Superintendent to join its Dallas operations. Working alongside some of the industry's most experienced Superintendents and Project Executives, you\'ll play a key role in delivering high-profile ground-up commercial construction projects across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. Key Responsibilities Assist the Superintendent with the daily management of ground-up commercial construction projects. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain project momentum. Monitor project schedules and support look-ahead planning activities. Conduct daily site walks to monitor safety, quality, and productivity. Help manage site logistics, deliveries, crane activities, and material flow. Track project progress and identify potential schedule impacts. Coordinate inspections, testing, and quality control activities.
