Manager Nursing and Patient Care Services

Lehigh Valley Health Network seeks a Manager, Nursing and Patient Care Services to lead clinical operations for an inpatient unit. In this role, you’ll oversee daily nursing workflow, staffing, and patient throughput while ensuring safe, high‑quality, evidence‑based care. Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes, service excellence, and regulatory compliance. You’ll manage budgets, mentor and evaluate staff, support professional development, and drive quality and safety initiatives aligned with LVHN’s patient‑first, collaborative, and innovative culture across our regional health system.
