Start Date: 01-02-2025 End Date: 07-01-2025 Provider Type: Physician Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only EMR System: Epic Practice Setting: Outpatient Patients Per Shift: 22 Does your Facility require physicians to be board certified?: Yes Fellowship: N/A Minimum Board Certification: Certified What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in CA only Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 0 This is a full time need. We would prefer a local physician who can cover the entire need. No privileges are needed for this position. Provider will work 8am-5pm with a lunch hour of 12-1.
