Overview

Join a dynamic opening team in a historic renovated building with a unique concept! The Cambria Hotel Boston Logan Airport is seeking a Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization while supporting efficient kitchen and restaurant operations.

Position Summary

The Dishwasher is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment while maintaining a clean and organized dish area. This position is an essential part of the culinary team and supports safe, efficient service throughout the operation.

Key Responsibilities

· Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment

· Operate dishwashing equipment safely and according to established procedures

· Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dish area throughout the shift

· Return clean items to proper storage locations promptly

· Remove trash and recycling and maintain designated waste areas as assigned

· Clean floors, mats, work surfaces, sinks, and other kitchen areas as directed

· Support cooks and prep team members with basic cleaning and organization needs

· Monitor dishwashing chemicals and supplies and notify leadership when replenishment is needed

· Follow proper sanitation, chemical handling, and workplace safety procedures

· Assist with receiving, storage, or other kitchen support tasks when assigned

· Maintain dependable attendance and work cooperatively with the culinary and front-of-house teams

· Maintain compliance with Cambria/Choice Hotels standards and all property policies and procedures

Qualifications

· Previous restaurant or dishwashing experience preferred but not required

· Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

· Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

· Strong attention to cleanliness and sanitation

· Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical duties associated with a commercial dish area

· Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Compensation

$17–$20/hour
