RN Unit Manager for our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Compensation: $85,000 - $105,000 Annual Salary

We are looking for a dedicated RN Unit Manager for our 156 bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role running the day to day clinical operations of a nursing unit, supervising the nursing team, and partnering with the Director of Nursing on care quality and survey readiness.

Qualifications of the RN Unit Manager:

- Active Maryland RN license in good standing

- Nursing experience in a skilled nursing or long term care setting, charge or supervisory experience preferred

- Working knowledge of care planning, the survey process and clinical documentation

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Able to work full time on site in the building

Responsibilities of the RN Unit Manager:

- Supervise and support the nursing staff on the unit, including scheduling and coaching

- Oversee resident care, medication management and care plans on the unit

- Ensure clinical documentation, compliance and survey readiness

- Partner with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team

- Serve as the clinical point of contact for residents and families on the unit
