As a Captain, you will play a key role in delivering refined, intuitive, and personalised service in an elegant bar setting. More than guiding guests through food and beverage selections, you will create a welcoming atmosphere, build genuine connections, and ensure every visit feels polished, effortless, and exceptional. What You Will Do You will deliver seamless and memorable guest experiences by providing attentive, knowledgeable, and thoughtful service throughout the dining journey. With a strong understanding of the menu, beverage list, and daily specials, you will confidently guide guests through their experience and anticipate their needs before they are expressed. Working closely with the culinary and service teams, you will help ensure every service is executed with precision, warmth, and professionalism. You will build meaningful guest relationships, contribute to a strong team culture, and uphold the exceptional standards of quality, presentation, and hospitality.
