Our Mission As the world’s number 1 job site*, our mission is to help people get jobs. We strive to cultivate an inclusive and accessible workplace where all people feel comfortable being themselves. We're looking to grow our teams with more people who share our enthusiasm for innovation and creating the best experience for job seekers. (*Comscore, Total Visits, March 2025) Day to Day In this role, you will manage multiple complex, cross‑functional AI programs that turn strategy into tangible outcomes for Indeedians and their teams with minimal oversight. You will partner with business owners, product and platform leaders, and executive sponsors to clarify problem spaces, define success metrics, and shape roadmaps and milestones that drive sustainable adoption, measurable ROI, and a better day‑to‑day experience with AI‑enabled work. You will keep teams oriented around outcomes rather than output, surfacing strategic trade‑offs and focusing leadership attention on the highest‑leverage blockers and decisions. You will drive the operating rhythm around these programs, including planning, documentation, and communication strategies that help Indeedians understand where we are going with AI and how their work fits into that story. You will maintain clear, accessible program artifacts; proactively identify and mitigate risks and cross‑program dependencies; and provide concise, timely reporting that gives leaders and partners the insight they need to adjust course. Responsibilities Orchestrate program planning and delivery across functions; align priorities, resources, and trade‑offs to business strategy. Build consensus and secure buy‑in autonomously; facilitate decision‑making with data‑backed options and implications. Identify, evaluate, and recommend systemic/process improvements; implement innovative, sustainable solutions. Establish risk, issue, and dependency management mechanisms; drive mitigations through closure with accountable owners and timelines. Ensure documentation quality (charters, plans, RACI, decision/risk logs) and accessibility across teams; uphold audit readiness. Integrate AI/automation opportunities into program work; measure impact on efficiency, quality, and scalability. Deliver outcomes that advance business priorities; maintain alignment between strategy and execution across workstreams. Skills/Competencies Requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience; or a minimum of 8 years with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience. Program Leadership: Multi‑workstream orchestration, roadmap ownership, and cross‑functional alignment. Influence & Communication: Buy‑in, executive‑ready reporting, and clear recommendation framing. Risk & Dependency Management: Proactive identification, interdependency assessment, and mitigation execution. Operational Excellence: High‑quality documentation, measurable outcomes, and continuous improvement. AI‑Enabled Delivery: Intentional integration of AI to scale programs and improve consistency. Strategic Execution: Aligns delivery to business target; anticipates opportunities and constraints across the portfolio.
