Human Resources Business Partner (Contract)

DescriptionThe Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, helping to drive a high-performance, values-driven culture across the organization. This role partners closely with business leaders to align people strategies with operational goals while delivering practical, employee-centered HR support.The ideal candidate brings strong HR fundamentals, sound judgment, and a collaborative approach to solving complex people challenges. The HRBP will support employee relations, talent development, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and change management initiatives with a focus on our production facility in Nevada. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with demonstrated growth in responsibility.Experience supporting employees and leaders in employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR compliance requirements.Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.Experience interpreting data and utilizing HR metrics to support decision-making and drive business outcomes.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications and a strong attention to detail and data integrity.Ability to commute to our Production Facility 3 or more times a week to support new hire onboarding, employee training and HR support and visibility.
