Heat treat Operator

NSC Staffing has immediate openings for Heat Treat Operators in Frankfort, IN . Training will take place on 1 st shift for up to six weeks, then will be moved to 2nd or 3rd shift.


2nd Shift: $19.25 (after training is complete)
3rd Shift: $18.75 (after training is complete)


Attention to detail and ability to work overtime are very important for this role.



Job Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for a 10+ hr shift
• Maintain company quality standards
• Mechanically inclined
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Lead and support operators in addressing technical issues and challenges.
• Train operators to ensure compliance with production specifications and quality standards.
• Perform changeovers, tool changes and assist in troubleshooting machine and operational issues.
