About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical/Surgical Telemetry Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent Medical/Surgical Telemetry experience is required. License: Must have a permanent Ohio license or a compact license in hand. Certifications: Active BLS and ACLS certifications required. NIHSS certification must be obtained prior to start. Must-Have: - Minimum of 18 months of permanent Medical/Surgical Telemetry experience prior to travel. - One recent reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required for submission. - ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate must be completed during orientation, with acceptable scores on both assessments required. - Background checks reviewed by the facility; no open cases accepted. - Must be nicotine free for all travelers except nurses and certified surgical technologists. - Negative drug screen required within 12 months of start. Description: This position requires accurate confirmation of all start dates, scheduling information, and shift details at the time of submission. Minimum of 18 months of recent Medical/Surgical Telemetry experience is required. All requirements listed are non-negotiable, and no exceptions will be made. One recent reference from a manager in the specialty is required for submission; co-worker references will not be accepted.
