What This Role Actually Is

You'll start in our Communications Center, handling inbound calls from new patients and reaching out to existing hygiene patients to get them scheduled. It's a sales and communication role at its core — and we'll train you to be exceptional at it.

But this is just the beginning.

What Makes This Opportunity Different

Over the course of roughly a year, you will be cross-trained on virtually every non-provider position in our company — front and back. That means:

• Front office: Receptionist, scheduling, patient accounts, and sales
• Back office: Dental assisting
• Cross-location experience: You'll be asked to cover posts across our 9 Southeast Michigan locations as needed, giving you real, hands-on exposure to how each practice operates. Mileage reimbursement is included.

By the time you complete this program, you won't just know one job — you'll know the whole business.

• Are comfortable traveling between locations across Southeast Michigan
• Have customer service experience (dental experience is a plus, but not required)

Duties:

• Receiving inbound calls from new and existing patients
• Properly scheduling patients
• Answering basic questions regarding dental procedures and office policies
• Communicating important information to the proper individual/practice -Looking into accounts and/or charts to gather knowledge on the patient
• Answering LiveChats and emails using proper spelling and grammar

Requirements:

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• 18+ years of age
• Upbeat personality
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to take initiative
• Personable & professional phone demeanor
• Reliable
• Pays close attention to detail
• Knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office
• Adequate keyboard skills
• Customer Service or Dental Office experience preferred
