Elevate Care Assisted Living Caregiver Position

Elevate Care Assisted Living is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to join our team. In this role, you will provide daily support and companionship to residents while helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and positive environment. A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is not required for this position, though caregiving or healthcare experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, bathing, and mobility assistance
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
• Assist with meal service and hydration reminders
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe resident environment
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff
• Support residents with recreational and social activities
• Follow facility policies and procedures to ensure quality care

Qualifications

• CNA certification is not required
• Previous caregiving, assisted living, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays if needed
• Ability to assist residents with mobility and daily activities
