A well-established healthcare organization in Haakon County, SD is looking for a Primary Care Physician for their outpatient clinic.

- Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine \n
- Flexible, 4-day work week 8a-5p (possibility to do ER coverage shifts for extra income) \n
- 100% outpatient \n
- FM will see all ages/IM will see ages 18+ \n
- Will see 15-25 PPD \n
- Very limited on-Call \n
- Open to new grads and experienced physicians \n
- Proximity to the Black Hills, Badlands, five national parks, and Mount Rushmore for all kinds of outdoor recreation \n
- No state income tax + cost of living more than 25% below national average \n
- 90 miles to Rapid City and Pierre \n
