About the Job The Construction Manager will oversee the safety, quality, and financial operations of 2–3 active construction sites per the plan. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Ensure the site conducts all required safety meetings and inspections as per the JPI safety program. Ensure projects are staffed appropriately per the plan and that the team performs core responsibilities. Maintain complete and accurate daily field reports. Accountable for safety incident reporting and resolution. Accountable for weekly PSM and OAC reports and responsible for executing all PSM and OAC meetings with timely constraint resolution. Serve as the front‑facing site representative to all other departments. Provide accurate and timely schedule snapshots, meeting all milestones. Resolve subcontractor non‑performance issues. Maintain quality and completeness of subcontractor work per JPI standards. Validate all data capture per schedule, resolving any discrepancies. Validate payment application progress in alignment with the milestone/validation report and approve within 24 hours. Coordinate accurate and complete subcontractor pre‑payment application process with OSC. Provide field team training, documentation, and performance reviews. Accountable for Workday receipts and GC budget updates in coordination with the Commercial Lead. Maintain site presentation and organization adherence to JPI standards. Conduct turnover QC inspections and manage 3rd‑party inspection closeouts. Handle declarations prior to close, considering AHJ closing requirements in coordination with the Milestone Validation Lead. Non‑Essential Functions & Responsibilities Act as a representative and advocate of JPI’s culture and guiding principles. Maintain a 5‑day (Monday‑Friday) physical co‑location in office or on job site. Engage in daily collaboration and maintain thorough knowledge of daily onsite activities. Adopt a zero‑defect mentality and support change management. Education, Work Experience & Physical Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. 5+ years of experience in a business or professional setting, including non‑profit or government roles. Proven experience in an executive support role or similar position. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Proficiency in business software and tools, including MS Office and project management applications. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
