Product Manager, Growth Strategy

Integrated DNA Technologies, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Product Manager to identify and commercialize growth opportunities in life sciences and genomics. The role combines market intelligence, business analytics, and strategic partnership development to drive portfolio expansion and inform long-term growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead market intelligence and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and portfolio opportunities
- Build financial models and assessments to quantify growth opportunities and ROI
- Scout emerging technologies and evaluate strategic partners for portfolio expansion
- Synthesize data-driven insights to inform executive recommendations and shape growth roadmaps
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across Commercial, Product, Marketing, Operations, and R&D
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Science, Engineering, or Life Sciences
- 5+ years in product management, growth strategy, market intelligence, or business development
- Demonstrated success owning intelligence, analytics, or strategic growth workstreams independently
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business judgment capabilities
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Proficiency with analytics and market-intelligence tools and methods
Compensation: $120,000-$150,000 base; eligible for bonus/incentive pay
