AI/ML Product Manager

Seeking a remote AI/ML Product Manager on a contract basis, the successful candidate will lead requirements gathering and business workshops to support the launch of a next-generation loyalty and personalization platform, translating AI-driven insights into product capabilities for customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Lead business workshops and stakeholder sessions to define product requirements Convert ambiguous requirements into structured product artifacts, including PRDs and user stories Oversee the development of AI/ML-driven personalization products, focusing on customer segmentation and campaign management Required Qualifications 5+ years of Product Management experience, particularly in loyalty, Martech, or CRM platforms Proven experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools such as Jira and Confluence Strong understanding of data analytics, including SQL and A/B testing Experience in developing product artifacts like epics and acceptance criteria Familiarity with SaaS/Martech platforms, especially campaign orchestration tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud
