Medical Assistant

Retina Consultants of South Carolina seeks a detail-oriented Medical Assistant to support retina specialists in a busy subspecialty ophthalmology clinic. Responsibilities include rooming patients, obtaining histories and vitals, performing visual acuity and basic ophthalmic tests, preparing patients and rooms for injections and procedures, and maintaining accurate EHR documentation. The MA will assist with imaging workflows, coordinate follow-up visits, and support patient education. Ideal candidates bring prior clinical MA or ophthalmic experience, strong communication skills, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach in a fast-paced environment.
