We are looking for a Specialized Scaffold – Hoist Motor Technician (Hoist & Swing Stage) to join our Austin team. This isn’t your average "grease monkey" job. You will become a master of safety‑critical systems, responsible for the repair, reconditioning, and annual certification of high‑stakes Scaffold swing stage hoist motors. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Service equipment as required to keep in proper and safe working condition. Performs safety inspections on equipment. Conducts preventive maintenance to avoid unnecessary repairs and down‑time. Maintains a clean and safe shop and/or work environment. Meets all company, governmental and equipment related safety requirements. Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Primary Focus: Experience in troubleshooting and repairing 3‑phase electrical motors and industrial hoist systems. Safety Expertise: Ability to conduct rigorous annual safety inspections to meet company and governmental requirements. Niche Skillset: 1+ years of experience with Scaffold Hoist or Swing Stage equipment is highly preferred. The above description covers the principal duties and responsibilities of the job. Base Pay Range: $20.89 - 30.02 Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
