US IT and Compliance Specialist

AML3D USA , Inc is a leader in metal additive manufacturing, specializing in Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing (WAAM), a form of Directed Energy Deposition (DED). The company delivers high-quality, large-scale components for defense, aerospace, and energy, enabling reduced lead times, improved material efficiency.
We are currently looking for a full-time US IT & Compliance Specialist to support cybersecurity, compliance, and day-to-day IT infrastructure.

Pay: $100,000-$130,000 annually, offer depending on experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of IT administration/network support experience.
- Working knowledge of NIST, CMMC 2.0, and/or DFARS requirements.
- Experience with physical network infrastructure, Windows Server/Active Directory, firewalls, and endpoint security.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and willing to undergo a background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CMMC, Security+, Network+, CCNA, or similar certification.
- Experience supporting DoD, defense or other regulated organizations.
- Experience with SIEM/vulnerability management tools such as Tenable, Splunk, or Microsoft Sentinel.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 or other government-compliant cloud environments.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift/move IT equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in server rooms, crawl spaces, and other areas needed for cabling and hardware installation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support CMMC 2.0, NIST, ITAR, and U.S. export control compliance.
- Maintain security policies, documentation, access controls, and compliance records.
- Assist with audits, assessments, gap analysis, and remediation activities.
- Install, configure, and maintain networks, servers, workstations, firewalls, and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues and provide end-user support.
- Maintain network documentation, asset inventories, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Support security tools, vulnerability management, patching, MFA, and access controls.
- Assist with exporting licensing, data classification, and controlled-data requirements.
